Dynamic Homeownership Program

prepares first time home buyers for approval.

First time homebuyers that may need help  because of not-so-good-credit or that may have been denied approval by lenders now have hope.  The Now I Can Own Homeownership Plus Program is ground breaking in its approach towards assisting first time homebuyers facing approval challenges.

Through this unique program, premium credit restoration is combined with collaboration with lenders available to review files during the credit restoration process.

Oftentimes renters who join the Now I Can Own Homeownership Plus Program can definitely afford to buy a home and are surprised to learn that purchasing would be cheaper than continuing to rent.
The work they do is more of a mission. Participants who have low credit scores and oftentimes a host of other obstacles which may prevent home loan approval are converted into qualified buyers (because of the full service provided).

There is no other company in the country which does what this homeownership program does”. All components of the home buying process is under one roof. Now I Can Own's Homeownership Plus Programs primarily specializes in the approval preparation stage.

Other homeownership programs often fall short by not providing full service for potential buyers.

The fact is, purchasing a home can be complicated and in most cases very stressful for first time home buyers. When low credit scores are combined with first time homebuyers lacking a large down payment, the mountain to climb gets higher.

At Now I Can Own, as long as clients are working and have sufficient income, home loan approval is possible.  There may be in some cases a significant amount of work to do, but that’s ok the company specialty is handling difficult cases.

The first step of the program is your assessment report. Your credit reports are analyzed. This analysis is done by credit experts. The result is an action plan specific to your circumstances.

The second step is the preparation which include, if necessary credit restoration work to assist with achieving credit scores for home loan approval.

The third step is obtaining home loan prequalification. If the program participant has a lender that lender can be utilized, however the program has preferred lenders which are available to assist with prequalification process.
